Do exterior blinds and awnings need to suit an estate's architectural guidelines?
Many Inanda properties sit within an estate or carry HOA-style design rules. We talk finish and colour through with you before anything is ordered, and can supply spec sheets if your estate committee needs to sign off.
Is motorisation really necessary on a paddock-facing wall of glass?
Once a run of glass gets wide, a chain becomes impractical to operate day to day. Motorised control is the practical answer — and often the only sensible one — with a single remote or app running a whole wall at once.
What happens to an awning or external blind in a highveld thunderstorm?
Motorised exterior products are fitted with a wind sensor that auto-retracts before gusts build. That's the responsible spec for anything mounted outside, not an optional extra.
Are the blinds safe with children and pets around?
Cordless, motorised or properly tensioned chain operation is used as standard across the range — no dangling cords left within reach.
Do you fit homestead-style homes as well as contemporary architect builds?
